Located on the ground floor of the Park Hyatt Saigon hotel, Opera restaurant is designed in a traditional Italian trattoria style with many unique dishes and fresh vegetables and seafood, cared for by Chef Matteo Fracalossi. Under the talented and sophisticated hands of the Chef, the Italian dishes at Opera are simple yet sophisticated. A prime example is “Fregola Sarda Ai Frutti Di Mare”, a unique Sardinian artisanal seafood Italian rice that can only be found at the Opera restaurant.
