A very good and ‘must go’ French restaurant in Da Nang. Wonderful food and services. Great dining experince.
The overall dining experience was impressive and delightful. I am impressed by the quick response and smooth booking via whatsapp, as well as the restaurant s thoughtfulness in having greetings on the dessert plate for our occasion.
The restaurant was full even on Monday night, showing its popularity in Danang.
The reservation manager, waitresses and particularly Mimi were terrific hosts with care on customers. Mimi was so thoughtful that she turned down the air-conditioning for us, when she saw my father felt a bit cold.
We got the table that oversees the open kitchen, and we got to see the hood teamwork in the kitchen team as they worked quietly.
We tried the wine-tasting menu as well, and it s well designed with starters and veal as main course. We also tried the Japanese scallops and they re cooked in good timing. Beef tartare on bone marrow was eye catching and so delicious. The shrimp pasta we ordered was above standard as well.
The desserts, including Strawberry dessert with sorbet, were also superb and we re impressed that the restaurant is able to deliver delicious main course AND desserts.
We can see the innovation and hardworking attitude in this restaurant s team, and the overall culinary experience is really good value for money.
We enjoyed a lot during our dinner, merci beaucop! And we d definitely recommend any one to go and try too!
