One of my first restaurant in Perth, and one of the best. Everything is very good, and the homemade ice tea so delicious. The boss is super nice. I recommend 100% !

This place does high quality Vietnamese banh mi and the owners are very friendly people only gripe was the coffee was a bit bland compared to other places but still I highly recommend
