The Governor-General Decoux Mansion (Palace 2) is one of three massive residences, with lavish and splendid architecture clearly showing nobility and power. Unlike Bao Dai Palace 1 and Bao Dai Palace 3, Palace 2 was the headquarters of French rule in Indochina, the venue for important meetings at that time.
