Ms. Hang's vermicelli salad

Salad noodles are a little-known specialty because they are quite picky eaters in Soc Trang. The ingredients are no different from the basic spring rolls which are very popular such as noodles, boiled shrimp, boiled meat, bean sprouts, raw vegetables, peanuts... But instead of rolling, everything is put in a bowl, then filled with broth. The broth is the shrimp, meat and pork bone broth that is filtered clearly, sweet, with a slight sour taste of tamarind, seasoned with spices in your mouth, and the characteristic aroma of soy sauce. And most importantly, it is indispensable to have a little soy sauce on top, when served to guests.
