The restaurant is just small wooden house which is on 1/29 Hoang Dieu street,not so far from centre of city.
A remarkable thing that you should know that there are many restaurants have the same name A TOA. But the real one is the end of the street, as soon as you have just passed over a small bridge and you will see a wooden house in front of you that have many customers.
The sauce is very special, beef is very good smell, tender and delicious.
