In particular, in the outdoor area, besides the rows of dining tables, the restaurant arranges about 16 kitchen counters. Each counter is in charge of a chef with several specialties. The inside of the villa consists of two floors, both of which serve guests for the main meal. According to Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hanh, the owner of the Ngon Restaurant, Ngon Garden and Ngon Saigon system, the restaurant design is inspired by Indochinese architecture. She chose this style because she loves the culture of her homeland and wants to preserve the ancient soul.


Customers come here of various ages, often welcoming heads of state, delegations, foreign businessmen... The restaurant is an ideal place for family meals, meeting friends, and organizing meetings.



The menu of Quan An Ngon includes 200 dishes from North to South, all of which are pure Vietnamese dishes, so the preparation is also in the most traditional form. Typically, crab vermicelli is merely vermicelli, without other toppings such as spring rolls, beans, beef, etc. If it is a crab hotpot, there are these toppings, accompanied by spinach and morning glory for users to fully experience.


The ingredients here are selected based on a set of available criteria, relatively strict, ensuring food safety, freshness, and not using frozen goods containing preservatives.


With a passion for traditional Vietnamese cuisine, the restaurant's recipes are all built by Ms. Hanh. She has more than 30 years of enjoying cuisine in all parts of the country and around the world, then finding the standard taste of each place and each region passing through.


The price of each dish here ranges from 60,000 to 500,000 VND, suitable for many segments of customers who come to eat.



Entering the list of Michelin's selected restaurants, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hanh shared, this is a pride but also creates pressure to be better every day for the staff.
