The 12th season of the DIFF International Fireworks Festival themed "Made in Unity – Global Connection – Radiant in Five Continents" will take place in 5 weeks, at the fireworks stage by the Han River with 8 teams. 7 international teams including France, Italy, USA, Germany, Poland, China, Finland will compete with Vietnamese representatives from Da Nang. In particular, Germany, China and the US participated in the festival for the first time.

In addition to fireworks displays, DIFF 2024 also has a series of companion events from exhibitions to art performances throughout Da Nang. A series of famous tourist and entertainment destinations of the city such as Sun World Ba Na Hills, Asia Park ... will organize many festivals, music and art events during this year's fireworks season. Expected to kick off the 2024 fireworks season, the city will treat visitors to an extreme sports art show Jetski & Flyboards by Australian manufacturer H2O.
