This review is really a 5 with a few points that don t make the mark .. and hence the 4. The rooms and location are stunning. Cannot really describe how beautiful they are but it was wonderful just sitting on our porch taking in the view. Very special. Our room was also spacious and immaculate. The hot springs are a real treat. Its pools are nice, water was hot without being uncomfortably hot, the building was very well done and we appreciated the evening hours. As for the little things .. the dining hall has a great coffee machine that no one seems to know how to use, and the pub had limited drinks if you weren t interested in liquor. They are admittedly small things but they stood out given how top-notch the resort otherwise is. That being said, it was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our Vietnam trip.
