Mình ra ngoài này công tác, chọn khách sạn vì khách sạn thuộc vùng xanh ở Hà Nội. Rất an toàn. Hơn nữa, địa điểm rất thuận tiện, dễ dàng tìm đc nhà hàng, cafe, cách điểm xe bus ra sân bay 2 đi bộ.
Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ. Giá phòng mùa dịch rất tốt. Highly recommended!!!! Lần sau có dịp đi công tác ngoài Hà Nội thì sẽ lại book ks này tiếp.

A comfortable hotel located in the extremely busy Old Quarter of Hanoi. Location is good for bars and restaurants, but you need to be extremely careful crossing the road due to the volume of motorbikes that never seem to stop for anything. The area consists of many small streets which get extremely crowded.
My room was comfortable but offered no view. Breakfast was good but a little repetitive. Hotel staff were always helpful, reception staff booking me two different tours.
I discovered after booking this trip that I would be visiting during the annual Tet holiday (lunar new year ). Vietnam s main holiday, which lasts for several days, during which a number of attractions close. You will still find restaurants open, but some do close. Museums are also closed.
I was surprised to find that although the hotel was open for business, its spa and restaurant were closed for the holiday period. This was not made known to me before my visit. I feel it is reasonable to expect a hotel to offer all amenities to guests if it chooses to remain open during this time. This is relevant, because without these, the hotel doesn t have much to offer apart from bedrooms. I feel the hotel should have been more forthcoming prior to my visit. I enquired about the hotel manager as I wished to discuss this. My request for him to contact me was ignored. So, this is a service failure on their part.
