Mình rất ấn tượng với không khí gần gũi và thân thiện tại khách sạn. Các bạn nhân viên cởi mở và nhiệt tình, cơ sở vật chất cùng decor khá ổn và hay ho. Cực kỳ recommend luôn và nhất định sẽ quay lại Cozy khi ghé thăm Hội An.

We booked three nights here and thought the location was great. It s less than 10 minutes to the old town but quiet (and we weren t disturbed by building work). But what made our stay was the extremely helpful and considerate staff. We d particularly like to thank Daisy who gave us so much information on places to eat and patiently answered all our questions on local things. They also arranged travel to and and from the accommodation and several other things super efficiently.
The room had a spacious balcony but a screen over the door would be a great addition in terms of being able to increase airflow in the room without having to have the aircon on all night.
We d definitely recommend though. It feels like a guesthouse with the facilities of a hotel and we were made to feel very welcome - like staying with family!
