Busy place. Interesting experience. It’s a little confusing. You order 1 of 4 noodle dishes then add your own sauce that consists of salt, msg , chilli pepper and calamansi. We ordered 2 different soup bases but both looked similar. Taste was good and prices reasonable. It may be the kind of place you have to go to several times to fully figure it out.

This is typical local food that well-known by the local people and Vietnamese travelers. Visiting here, you will have to be part of the service - making the source for yourself. You will be guided how to make it as a professional chef. You will order what option for your noodle and wait and watch the staff making the food for you. Easy to eat and preferable for anyone who love sea food. I will come back next trip to Phu Quoc.
